*Student Fees include technology, activities, retreats, lab fees, yearbook, etc. Additional costs may be applicable dependent upon school level and participation such as field trips, uniforms, hot lunch, daycare, textbooks, summer programs, etc.
Payment Options
Tuition and fees are paid through Blackbaud Tuition Management. Upon enrollment, you will choose a tuition payment plan that best meets your family’s financial needs.
- Single Payment Plan: Includes a $200 discount. The full amount of tuition is due on or before July 1, 2026.
- 10 Month Plan: September 2026 through June 2027
- 11 Month Plan: August 2026 through June 2027
- 12 Month Plan: July 2026 through June 2027
529 Education Savings Plan
A 529 education savings plan helps families save for their child's education with tax benefits. You contribute after-tax money that grows tax-free, and withdrawals are also tax-free when used for qualified educational expenses.
Families can withdraw from the 529 plan up to $10,000 per year in 2026 and increases to $20,000 per year in 2027 per child for private school tuition and other qualified expenses.

Tuition Assistance
We understand that choosing a private Christian education is a significant investment, and Western Christian is committed to making it accessible for families who share our mission and vision. Our Tuition Assistance program is designed to support families who are seeking a Christ-centered education but may need financial help to make it possible. Full-time students attending TK through 12th grade are eligible to apply.

Additional Grants
Pastoral Tuition Grant
Families who have a parent employed as a full-time pastor may apply for a pastoral Tuition Grant up to 50%. Pastors who are eligible for the grant must apply through FACTS Grant & Aid. The Grant will be administered through the Tuition Assistance program and qualification will be determined by the administration and the Tuition Assistance Committee. Full-time students attending TK through 12th grade are eligible.
Christian Educator Grant
Families who have a parent employed full-time in a Christian school are eligible to apply for the Christian Educator Grant (up to $2,000) through FACTS Grant & Aid. The Grant will be administered through the Tuition Assistance program and qualification will be determined by the administration and the Tuition Assistance Committee. Full-time students in TK-12th grade are eligible to apply.
