Monday, December 14th—Tacky Christmas Sweater Day. Wear your tackiest Christmas sweater and jeans.
During lunch the Freshman class will be handing out hot chocolate to all students.
Tuesday, December 15th—Pajama Day. Wear your warm ,comfy and modest pajamas. Absolutely no sheer, lace or short pajamas, no tank tops or boxers, no tight-fitting pajamas or any inappropriate items will be permitted. No sweatpants allowed, and no writing on clothing is allowed.
During lunch the Sophomore class will be holding a Gingerbread House decorating contest at the Lancer Quad (grass near Thompson VPAC). Come represent your class and create a sweet work of art!
Wednesday, December 16th—Santa’s Workshop. Dress up as a Christmas character (elf, reindeer, candy-cane, present, etc.). Modest dress is required—refer to Parent/Student Handbook.
During lunch the Junior class will be having some fun class competition games at the Lancer Quad.
Thursday, December 17th—Winter Wonderland. Dress in wintery clothes, scarves, beanies, gloves, etc. Modest dress is required—refer to Parent/Student Handbook.
During lunch the Senior class will be handing out a special Christmas treat at the Lancer Quad.
Friday, December 18th—Santa Hat, Spirit Shirts and jeans.
Please note: You must be dressed in the days theme OR in your school uniform (Senior dress for Seniors only). Any student out of uniform and not participating in the days theme will receive a dress code violation and will be required to change into a school uniform. Any student wearing any inappropriate clothing will be required to change into a school uniform.
HS Special Events, High School
Western Christian High School will be having a Christmas Toy Drive to benefit Fred Jordan Mission. We will be collecting toys for needy kids in Los Angeles aged Jr. High through High School. Collection will begin December 7, 2009 and ends December 15, 2009. Toys will be collected in Bible classes.
