Lady Lancer Cheerleading Program
Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders Cheer Camp @ Azusa Pacific University
July 8 – 11, 20

2009 cheer camp was a week full of laughter memories and commitment. With the new additions to our Western Christian High School Varsity cheer team, we accomplished team goals and expectations. As a whole, we stretched our talents to the limit and hit stunts that were our squad challenges last year, in a matter of 3 days. These girls had a goal and achieved it with hard work and unity. As a new varsity coach, I am pleased to hop on board with such a talented team that stops at nothing but success. We look forward to adding JV to our National Champion team to build our skill and push is to the limits. Varsity congratulates their junior varsity team in the hard work they put forth at camp and resulting in camp champs. With more updates to come….

The JV Lady Lancer Cheerleaders had an amazing time at cheer camp. They arrived on the first day with a lot of enthusiasm and dazzled the staff with their home cheer. Day two they woke up a little sore, but ready to learn. That night they performed a new routine and shocked the parents with how much they could learn in one day. Later that night at Primetime, God was definitely in the camp as we all worshipped together with over 100 members of the body of Christ. Day three the girls woke up a little more sore than the day before, but even more ready to learn. They finished learning dances, cheers, and they learned their routine for the camp championship the next day. That night at Primetime, the Lord broke down some walls and allowed FCC staff to speak to the girls and there were some amazing decisions made. On day four, the parents all arrived and the girls performed their routine in front of the whole camp and all the parents for the camp championship. Lady Lancer JV Cheer did an amazing job and took first place.
